Return and refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • It is returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used pet beds, blankets, clothing, or grooming products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or pet chewing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SnuggyPet is not responsible for lost return packages
